From Melbourne - Moon In Reflection

Hello All

Quick question....as I am wide awake at 2 am I decide to do yoga and find myself wondering why, in Bidalasana, we always do the "Cow" part before the "Cat" part. Any ideas? I have a few ideas bouncing around in my head but eager to hear what you have to say.

I was also thinking about how thankful I am that I had the class with each one of you and how absolutely great it was to do the 108 sun salutes with you all and hear you breath and see your gracious updogs and toes curling under and turning flat rhythmically. Thank you.

Also, I went to the National Gallery of Victoria yesterday and they have a temporary exhibit from a local artist who was born in China but moved to Vietnam and then to Melbourne. His art is sublime and humorous. The poem that opens the exhibit is:

If we speak of `what is real [has tangible form]?
Even a speck of dust or a grain of sand is real.
Yet, there is nothing that is real.
Everything is illusory,
Like the moon reflected in water
Neither real nor unreal is the infinite void [Universe].
(A Zen poem)
